8th Happily Family Conference ~ Day 2
Updated: Jan 28
Day 2 is about being a good parent by focusing on ourselves. We learned about:
- How to handle anger. - How to care for our own mental health. - How to have self-compassion
(even when we don’t have time to sit on a cushion and say “om” 🕉). - How to parent with a partner, getting (and staying) on the same page. - What steps to take when we’re miserable in our parenting
or other areas of your life.
Every day of the conference, five presentations are available for 24 hour starting at 6 a.m. Pacific, January 23-27. All 25 interviews will be available on replay for FREE on Tuesday, January 28th. You can purchase a lifetime access to the conference videos with closed captioning, transcripts, MP3 audio recordings, and a certificate of participation for just $97 (that’s $100 off) until midnight on Tuesday Jan 28th .
